Health Türkiye, Türkiye’s official platform for international healthcare services, has been established to help our guests living abroad and planning to visit Türkiye to receive healthcare services. While our purpose is to serve people and the planet, through our robust health infrastructure, advanced technical equipment, skilled health professionals and quality services, we are also here to eliminate the stress and confusion of planning and organizing medical travels.
What is the range of services that Health Türkiye ® offers?
We serve as a one-stop-shop, encompassing all the steps of your entire health journey such as facilitation of discounted airfares, supporting your health visa application, arranging your accommodation and transfers, and planning your medical treatment including your follow-ups. International patients can choose their best-fitting treatment program online at the hospitals, check the cost of the treatment and order it at its best price.
How are the health institutions listed on Health Türkiye®?
The health institutions listed on our platform are subject to proof of Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. As per regulation, this certificate is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, and its retention is subject to continuous auditing.
Can I trust the information about the services in Health Türkiye ® platform?
Officially supported by Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, information and services on Health Türkiye® are under the guarantee of the ministries in charge. We assure our patients of the quality of the services rendered and treatments carried out.
Additionally, the content of the website is also supervised by an Advisory Board whose members are from the public and private sector of Türkiye.

What is the “Patient’s Rights Regulation” in Türkiye?
Created with reference to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine (Strasbourg, November 1996 – Oviedo, 4 April 1997), the Patients’ Rights Regulation in Türkiye applies to all public and private institutions and organizations, healthcare institutions and organizations, therefore, all health service providers at all levels and all persons who have the right to access health services. It is clearly stipulated in the relevant article of the regulation that all individual physicians and medical institutions/organizations in Türkiye shall have malpractice insurance. In case of any incorrect treatment and subsequent permanent or temporary damage, the patient shall have the right to complain and will be entitled to receive compensation.
